Fasteners for PEB & industrial sheds
A pre-engineered building (PEB) shed is bolted together from the foundation up: cast-in anchor bolts hold the column base plates, structural hex bolts make the rafter-to-column and bracing connections, sag rods brace the purlins and girts, and self-drilling screws fix the sheeting. The fastener package is a meaningful share of the shed BOQ.

Hot-dip galvanising to IS 2629 / ASTM A153 is the default for exposed and outdoor shed hardware. Each manufactured lot ships with EN 10204 3.1 mill test certification on request, with heat-number traceability.

What fasteners does a PEB or industrial shed need?

Which grades and coatings do you supply for PEB?
Foundation bolts to IS 5624 class 4.6 and ASTM F1554; structural hex bolts in property class 4.6 to 8.8; sag rods in mild steel and high-tensile. Hot-dip galvanising to IS 2629 is the default for exposed and outdoor shed hardware; zinc electroplating for indoor connections.
Do you make sag rods and tie members for purlin bracing?
Yes. Threaded sag rods for purlin and girt cross-bracing are one of our in-house OEM lines, supplied in MS and high-tensile with HDG or zinc finish and matching nuts. Share the purlin layout and we quote the sag-rod schedule per run.
Can you supply a full shed BOQ with mill test certificates?
